These terms and conditions apply to all goods supplied by The Cartwright Group via www.cartwrightparts.com, whose registered office is at The Cartwright Group, Ocean Street, Atlantic Street, Broadheath, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 5DH. Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are here to ensure that our customers can shop with confidence at www.cartwrightparts.com.
The Cartwright Group reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Changes will take effect immediately as they are posted onto the website. You will be asked to accept these terms and conditions when making any purchases through www.cartwrightparts.com.
Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT and delivery, VAT and delivery are shown only during the checkout process.
Payment can be made using all major debit\credit cards, over the phone or online via our secure payment server. Payment can also be made by a PO number if you are a returning customer with an account.
Prices and offers are subject to availability and may change at any time; items already ordered are not subject to change unless an item is found to of been incorrectly priced.
Accuracy is important to us and we will endeavour to ensure that all prices stated on the website are correct. However if an error is to be found with the pricing on an item you have already ordered we will notify you about the error immediately and provide you with the 3 following options:
- Cancelling the order.
- Having the order amended with the correct price.
- Removing the incorrectly priced items from the order.
The order will not be delivered until we have received a response. If you do not choose one of the 3 options within 7 days the incorrectly priced items will be removed from your order and will be delivered as such.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at any time within the cancellation period which begins on the day after the day the order is delivered and lasts 7 working days. Cancellation can only be made via written letter or e-mail; orders cannot be cancelled over the phone. Your refund will be processed and completed within 30 days of cancellation.
If you cancel after receiving the goods, the goods then become your responsibility and you must ensure to take reasonable care of them. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost unless advised otherwise via e-mail or letter.
Returns
If you receive an item which appears faulty or does not match that which was ordered you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will arrange collection of the item and handle all carriage costs. If the item is deemed not faulty or of the correct specification we will seek to recoup the carriage costs for collecting the item in the first instance and returning it back to you.
Delivery
All orders will be delivered by TNT or ourselves. Our delivery options are displayed during the checkout process. All items are specified for next working day delivery but if in the event your item has not arrived within 3 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us so we may rectify the problem.
For items to be eligible for next day delivery the order must be placed before 15:00 the previous day.
Warranty
Goods supplied by www.cartwrightparts.com come with varying warranties, please inspect your product documentation upon delivery and familiarise yourself with the products relevant warranty period.
If you wish to return an item under warranty you must contact us within the items warranty period. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost unless advised otherwise via e-mail or letter. If the item is deemed not faulty, the item will be returned to you and we will seek to recoup the carriage costs.
Please note that the warranty on any item does not cover defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use, failure to follow manufacturer or supplier instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without The Cartwright Groups written approval.
Age Requirements
If you order a product which is classed as an age restricted item, by ordering you are confirming that you are of the required age.

The Cartwright Group will not pass your data on to third parties and will take all reasonable precautions to ensure your data is secure.
